Absolutely no smokers of any kind. $3,300/month (just reduced). 1.5 months security, background check paid by you and sent direct from credit bureau to me with any of 3 major credit bureaus, most recent pay stubs and agreement to contact your employer and prior landlords. Can be shown at noon or later. You pay all utilities and home and ground upkeep other than sewer. Unfurnished. Message me with dates and times after 12 you would want to see it. Note we will work with realtors but will not sign a contract for them to list. PM me if you have any clients. Offering $1500 to landlords whom rent to someone we did not show it too. Or 1 months rent as long as it's still rented, payable over 12 months. We only rent annually. Will be willing to sign a 2 year lease. All adults 18 and over must be listed on the lease. Rent can not exceed 50% of gross income. We will work with brokers and pay $1,500 if they provide a renter we have not had contact with first. Or we will pay them 1 months rent payable over the year. Landlord will service all provided appliances. Pet deposit required $500. Any damages to floors or walls will be taken from all deposits including security deposit. No more than 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. Only application fee is for a credit check sent directly to us from credit agency. We also require ability to contact employers, and prior landlords, and to see proof of current employment. We try to be best landlords, and hope we can work together respectfully.
