I'm sorry, I fell in love with this property. First, the site probably is 25' higher than the surrounding rolling farm and residential land and gives you views in every direction. Second, the house is a Victorian farmhouse with emphasis on Victorian. Inside the trim is Baroque. Looks like original hardware on the doors. Rooms are spacious - I love the huge stones in the basement foundation. Two 1900's barns. One needs immediate attention, other has been metal sided. Grain drying building for a garage. Even a traditional wind mill outside the back door. Needs a ton of work. But it will be a stunning property when you are done. Front barn is 42 x 25. Rear barn is 36 x 22. Looks to be 1900's vintage with limbs for joists and hand hewn beams.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
