Everyone - Due to a problem with the boiler system, we had to cancel the previous ads and potential rental. That is now fixed (much sooner than expected) and the rental is available (Mar 1st). The house is located on the outer edge of a small fishing community (9 miles north of Hwy 285 past Conifer between Pine Junction and Bailey) with easy access to national forest, hiking, biking and private fishing, along with an abundance of wildlife. Yes, it's an extremely nice comfortable house. No, it is not in town. The commute to the intersection of C-470 and Hwy 285 is approx 45 minutes. Downtown Denver is about an hour. Your well-behaved pets are welcome and we don't charge extra for them. But...personal pets only - no backyard breeder/puppy mill people. Please, absolutely no pot growing. It causes way too much damage. The rent is 1800/mo. The deposit is also 1800. The house is available as of Friday 03-01-2019 and we do require an application.
