Utilities will have to be switched over before occupying the house. NO PETS. NO PETS. Seriously...NO PETS. Also, absolutely NO SMOKING. If interested, please gather and send me the following info: 1. Full names of any adults who will live in the house. 2. Income information for any adults who will live in the house. 3. Addresses for adults for the past two years. I'm going to look into your past, which will include a criminal background check and a search for any civil issues, too. I am not looking for perfection, but a fairly clean record is desired. If you deal drugs, look for a different house. Any history of manufacturing or distributing drugs will be automatically disqualify an applicant. Time is precious, so I won't show the house to anyone unless they've sent the above-requested information to me and been pre-approved by me. To view the house, you must be willing to wear a mask.
