Captiva Bay Unit 301 located bayside of Coastal Highway at 85th Street, this is a three bedroom, two bathroom tastefully furnished condo with views of the Ocean and the Bay from the wrap-around balcony. This unit although a rental shows beautifully. There are four TVs, three with a VCR built in and a fourth with a DVD player. There is a separate screened in area on the balcony. The roof-top pool offers a great view of the Bay. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a pyramid bunk bed in the third bedroom. It would make a great beach getaway or weekly rental. These owners have enjoyed and rented this unit for many years. A few weeks rented with Long & Foster for 2020 that must be honored.
