If you need a desk, bed frame, or mattress, the ones in the pictures are in new condition and available for sale if needed. The building is gated and secure. Renter is only responsible for gas, electricity, and internet. Internet is $20/month, and gas and electricity vary depending on usage, but the bill is split among 2 other college female roommates, so it's cheaper. The sublease will end on July 31, 2022, but you are welcome to renew the lease after. Street parking with permit is available in front of the building.
