This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Unauthorized pets incur a fine of $500 per pet. Garage parking is available for 2 small cars or 1 medium/large car, with street parking also available. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are provided. Located on the Balboa Peninsula, this home is near attractions such as Fashion Island Shopping, Balboa Surf & Style, The Market, Balboa Fun Park, Corona Del Mar Beach, Whale Watching, Newport Pier, and Gondola Adventures. Newport Beach is known for its beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. Enjoy bike rides along the boardwalk and watch surfers at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for seafood and a historic Ferris wheel ride. The fireplaces are not available for guest use. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom functions only as a bathtub. Guests may need to wait 2-3 minutes for the upstairs shower to heat. The home is one block from the beach. This is a smoke-free property, with a $300 smoking fee and liability for damages if violated. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise violations. Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down and fined. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place. IDs are required for verification after booking.
