Sanitas and lots of other trails from your front door. There's a view of the flatirons from the front porch too! This studio has 2 shared bathrooms with the 5 other tenants on the second floor, which is definitely a quirk, but very manageable. All other tenants are quiet and courteous. This space is airy and bright with high ceilings and lots of windows. North facing kitchen windows look out over the terraced backyard. The closet has ample storage off to each side and up high. High ceilings, gas range stove, sink, oven, refrigerator, (and very efficient) heat units. Utilities and Wifi are billed every 3 months. It's $10 per month for wifi and an average of about $60 per month for utilities. For smaller cars there's designated parking behind the house in an alleyway. For larger cars that won't fit there's street parking. No smoking; no pets.
