Leases in Auburn traditionally cycle from late July to late July each year. This property became vacant during the cycle. The lease you would sign would expire July 25, 2023 or July 25 2024. So as of April 1, 2023 you can sign a lease for 4 months or for 16 months. For lease duration Zillow's format forces me to pick 1, 6, or 12 months. I chose 12 months - but don't want to be misleading; it's either 4 or 16 months as of April 1, 2023. Sorry for the confusion.
