Our home away from home has been a delight! We describe our living here has been like living in a park. Our yard is private with every amenity. Our terrace backyard landscape is cornered with palm trees, Bogen villas, and the like. Our tangelo orange tree and Meyer lemon tree are covered with fruit, and our lime tree is young but promising. An automatic sprinkler system provides easy care overall. To have a good sized heated pool as well as a jacuzzi is a choice we are fortunate to have- a complete rebuilt pool 3 years ago. Patio ceiling fans a must. The interior of our home is total tile flooring makes for a cleaning breeze. The open floor plan with a wide open living, dining and kitchen area is a social must. Neighbors are super friendly partly due to our welcoming room. We have never connected our new looking water softener. Ceiling fans located in every room. Quilty furniture, dishes, bedding ext. can be included in the property which makes for a more move in ready situation. A third bedroom was converted from a large den.
