The staff ensures high-speed internet and responsive service; however, guests seeking uninterrupted connectivity are advised to bring a hotspot, just in case. One vehicle is allowed, no exceptions. You're just a short walk from culinary gems like La Cocina, Wild Olives, Pescado, Havana Beach Bar & Grill, and more. Wander cobblestone alleys to discover Seacrest's sundries and boutique shopping, or rent a bike toward the pristine sands of Rosemary and Alys Beach. A seasonal trolley makes beach access effortless, while deeded shoreline and exclusive amenities reinforce the prestige of your stay. Trolley service is unavailable from November 1 to February 28/29. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, LaDolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved a space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this apartment. There will be no compensation to guests if internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and the internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.
