This home was purchased in 3003 for $450,000. Since then, the kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, outdoor decking, and driveway have been replaced. Extensive landscaping has been done, including a $35,000 paver patio. We have beautiful views of the James River from all the main living spaces. We are in a long stretch of river front homes with values of over $1 million. Our Zillow value was reduced by $500,000 in the past year for no apparent reason. Our land alone is worth the current Zillow value. Please correct this.
