The following describes the rest of the apartment, which will be shared for private bedroom rentals: The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards, cookie and cake pans, food storage, microwave, crockpot, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot. The pantry is stocked with basic cooking supplies, herbs, spices, coffee and coffee filters. The refrigerator is stocked with condiments. Next to the kitchen is an additional half-bathroom. The dining area has a table with four seats, with additional bar seating on the kitchen island, for four more seats, offering plenty of room for gatherings. The living/rec area is an open concept; this space has a comfortable sofa, love seat and sitting chair with ottoman, a coffee table and side tables, and a credenza with a smart TV. The TV offers free service from the local fiber optic provider, or you can use your favorite streaming subscriptions. The rec area includes a ping-pong table, a foosball table and a large desk by a book shelf, offering lots of books and games. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and is stocked with laundry supplies. The front porch offers a designated space for renters, and includes a gas firepit and a gas barbeque.
