The BBB is a short walk to Killingsworth and Alberta Streets, parks, bike routes, numerous restaurants and shops. Available 30 nights or longer, it is perfect for an extended stay or business traveler. The first floor has living room complete with TV & Roku, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and bathroom complete with luxurious clawfoot tub (note that you will need to step in and out of it to shower). The second floor houses the bedroom with king size bed with adjustable frame, as well as an enormous closet/ laundry room with brand new Samsung washer and dryer. The third floor loft has two couches that can be converted to beds (a fold-down couch and a futon on collapsible frame), a second TV with PS3 & PS Move, and lots of games and books. NOTE: The steps to the loft are very steep and not recommended for children. Staying in this ADU nestled in the beautifully landscaped backyard of my main home, you have access to shared outdoor living spaces, including a hot tub!
