Very quiet child friendly neighborhood. Park at end of Sunnyside St with beautiful pools, toddler playground, baseball field and roller hockey, we are within walking distance to park, yet we do not get any park traffic. We are very lucky to have two dead end streets at end of our block and the end of Meadow Rd, so our traffic issues are only people who live on our street.
