This beautifully restored vintage duplex has been lovingly refinished and includes all major appliances, including use of the fully furnished laundry room downstairs (as well as in apartment hookups). Applicants need to be able to clean, maintain and manage bookings for the short term rental. Experience is not required, but a plus. Cleanliness and organizational skills are a must. Management income is expected to be between $200-$500 per month, depending on the bookings. Only serious applicants please. The management engagement will be negotiated separately from the lease.
