(Paying rent online via a bank account is free, Credit/Debit card payments will incur a fee from the software company directly so we recommend always paying via ACH from a checking account). We also accept other forms of electronic payments: CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. Apartment is available immediately. Two units currently available. No on-site laundry at this time. Street parking available. It's the tenants responsibility to ensure proper parking (if a permit is needed, not double parking, etc.) Each adult living in the apartment will need to be on the lease and a separate application will be required for each tenant. Please be sure to view the apartment and speak to our representative before paying for an application as there may already be a pending application on the unit. Applications can be submitted directly through Zillow. Application fees are non-refundable as they are paid to Zillow directly. We typically do our leases on a month to month basis with a 60 day notice to terminate the lease.
