There is ample parking in the building's lot, and the apartment is a short drive to 476, which connects to 76 in a short amount of time, or 95. Sorry, undergraduate students are not permitted to rent in this building, however graduate students are permitted. The renovated kitchen has white-granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, a new dishwasher, built in microwave, a fridge and a new oven range (the old oven range and dishwasher are pictured). The bedroom features a newsr style closet with built in drawers, so a dresser is not needed, although there is ample space for one. The view is excellent. The unit is on the 8th floor and on the top of a hill of its 22 acre property. This unit faces the pool side of the building. The pool is a great perk of this building. There are also tables and several grills. Please note that when signing the lease I will require a security deposit (equal to one months rent), in addition to the first month's rent and the last month's rent. Only one year lease minimum are permitted in this association. Application will include but is not limited to a credit check, pay stubs verification, and previous references from prior landlord.
