I had someone back out due to finance issues, so I'm looking to find people quickly - so I'm offering free rent until the 22nd (as I've already paid rent until then) and I'm paying $100 a month for both rooms. Lease ends July 31st - this is the perfect time to find a new place to stay, since that's when most rentals are available in Athens. Or, you can renew the lease with the landlord and just find a 3rd person to replace me! Living areas are already furnished! One of the available bedrooms has a private bathroom, while the other one has a shared bathroom (shared with me). The one with a private bathroom is $799, while the one with a shared bathroom is $699. Alternatively, if there are two people who want to move into the two rooms that share a bathroom, I would be willing to consider moving to the private bathroom one. The house is 3 minutes from East Campus by car (1.5 miles), and you can also get there by bike (bike lanes on College Station + Greenway) or bus (UGA bus stop is right near the house).
