the house for rent is the red brick house to the right of the white building in the photo. the actual address is 105 A S maple st. the brick home has central heat and air and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. fridge and oven are included and it has a washer and a dryer. the house does not have a dishwasher. we will keep the grass cut. the house is close to james m brown elementary and downtown walhalla. no pets. all the exterior and interior walls are concrete, the floors are vinyl wood planking, and the bathroom is very small. i will have an open house starting nov 1. rent includes grass being cut. tenant is responsible for all bills. $800 deposit. you must show DL, and last 2 pay stubs of work. all applicants are subject to credit check and background check. tenant must sign a year lease.
