It is the last BIG DEEP WATER LOT on Grays creek. Over the 27 years I have owned this lot the trees on the bluff grew and grew blocking the view. The hurricanes damaged a lot of houses around Savannah but it was a god send to me, clearing out the water front view like it was 27 years ago. I will post new pictures soon. There are smaller lots left in long point that are designed for town homes at lower costs. The transactions posted on my zillow are property taxes and not sales. 6 months ago, I was quoted $110,000 to build a dock. I have owned the lot 28 years. The last big lot sold for $629,000 on grays creek over 5 years ago. $630,000 NET, my cost will buy this lot during the next 60 days. I have owned the property over 26 years, there not been legitimate sale in the past 26 years. My base holding cost $675,000 for 26 years, no profit. I dropped another $1,100 cutting a tree down just a few weeks ago. $675,000 NET PRICE MY COST.
