103 Montgomery St, Raleigh, NC 27607

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an attached studio apartment (103 1/2 Montgomery St.), and a mother-in-law cottage (3604 Clark Ave.). The studio apartment and the cottage are each 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, and we rent both the studio and the cottage. Since purchasing the home two years ago, we've installed new hardiplank siding, cleaned up the property, and updated inside the house and apartments. The home is fantastic for entertaining, and will be receiving a new roof and new insulated windows (!) shortly. Although we absolutely love our home, we will be selling it soon as work is moving us to Southern Pines.
