ID CHECK / DAMAGE WAIVER:
You will need to complete the following steps before you arrive: We complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification process after booking. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $500 refundable security deposit.
Month to month rental only
Manager will send a team member to perform a mid stay inspection, where they will determine if house rules are being abided by. After the passing of this inspection, the manager will extend to the next month.
Rent must be paid in full 1 week before check-in Date, unless otherwise authorized by manager.
