The Master bedroom (upstairs) has a Queen bed and the downstairs bedroom has Queen bunk beds. The cabin is fully furnished including a hot tub, three arcade games, and two TVs. Available starting in January, the monthly cost is $1800 plus utilities (internet and water/sewage included). Owner pays for water and internet. Renter is responsible for electric and optional water softener fee. No smoking in cabin. No pets. Refundable deposit of $1800 due at signing. Refund to be given at the end of the 6 - 12 month lease.
