Once in a while it pays to be a mature, quiet adult! Glen Park is a part of Tri-Park Cooperative with a minimum age requirement of 55 or older! This 1992 home is in good shape, well cared for and at a private end of the park. Enjoy the quiet neighbors in the sweet little Civil War Cemetery. It has a wood burning fireplace, 2 very nice sized bedrooms at opposite ends of the home for privacy and an open concept living space, just right for good conversation or sharing a tv show. There is an enclosed side porch for 3 season enjoyment, some perennial flowers with just the right amount of gardening, a shed in the back for storage and a bit of green space at the end of the street and around the home.
