In 2023, most windows were replaced (some had been replaced earlier) and a new washing machine was added. Two new interior doors were installed in 2025. Additional trees and shrubs have been planted in the barn and pasture areas to support livestock and local wildlife. All major systems and infrastructure have been updated, making this a practical and well-maintained property ready for new ownership.
