Utilities with the exception of oil is included. Oil is the renter's responsibility. There is a two-month minimum for short term stay. Longer stays are welcomed this price is through May 16th. The house would have to be vacated by May 16th for summer rentals, or pay higher rental price. This house is fully furnished. Some flexibility in end of lease depending on length of stay. There is 200 cleaning fee.
