This unit comes with a long driveway, including off street parking and an outdoor hose. The owner pays all the utilities (excessive use, over $400 per month--electric+gas+water--will be billed). Absolutely no smoking. No fish tanks or waterbeds allowed. All pets must be licenced with Anne Arundel County. Renters insurance required. Candles are not permitted.
