    JUST REDUCED!! One of the last big lots on Lagoon Avenue. It is zoned BT3 and you can put 15 units on the lot based on information from the City Zoning Department. The house is very well built. It is erected on light pole size stilts. There is room to park three cars under the house. There is a large bonus room that can be used as a third bedroom and we have used it in that manner when our nephew lived with us. We presently use it as a workout room/tv room and we have a bistro table where we take most of our evening meals. The bonus room opens up to a large deck that was replaced a year ago. The master has cedar lined double closets. The master bath is large with a jetted tub and new marble walk in shower. There is an older sauna that we use as storage. The second bedroom is good size with double closets. The hall has big closets on both sides of the hall. The lot is one of the largest on this street at 100x230. The property is zoned BT3 allowing for a medium density development. There is a wet bar area to make your cocktails and display your fun things along with seating for 2. Between the bar and dining room is a sit down bar that can accommodate extra guests. All of the ceilings have been scraped free of popcorn and are now textured. The house also has 2 water heaters. Downstairs is a large workshop that my husband used for his work in maintenance. There are also 3 smaller storage rooms. On the east side is a storage room that my husband used to make wine. The room is heavily insulated. The door will be replaced. The yard is sprinkled except for the east side. There are 9 palm trees on the property. You have a small view of the gulf from the side deck. The alamandas and hibiscus come back each year and provide beautiful yellow and red flowers. There are also hanging baskets on the deck railing that we plant each year and they have their own sprinklers so you don’t have to worry about watering. It is such an inviting look when you pull up to the house. We have given this house TLC for 31 years and hope we can find new owners that will enjoy it as much as we have.
