The street has a lot of old trees and so it's cooler and pleasant to look at. The street always has plenty of space to park. The street ends on either sides of the block so there is little street traffic. Please respond to this ad listing after you read the following if you are interested. The main points are: One person for the room. The house has no pets and it's not set up to have any and we don't have any plans in the future to have any pets. The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The house is currently occupied by two people. We are assuming and expecting prospective tenant has only one car. Shared bath. Laundry and washer access THE ROOM The room has one door and 1 big window. Closet has 3 doors on top and 3 bigger ones at the bottom. Ceiling fan. SPACE You will have a limited space allotted in the kitchen (Refrigerator and cabinet) and bathroom. LAUNDRY Access to washer and dryer (courtesy of homeowner). HOUSE RULES NO PETS. ONE PERSON ONLY . NO GUESTS BY RENTER Renting you one room does not give you the rights or privileges to having your own apartment or house. There are plenty of house rules, but only to keep harmony and privacy. If we didn't have them you would want them. No overnight guests. No smoking. No illegal drugs. No illegal activities. The room is not to be used for other purposes, like for manufacturing, call center etc. CLEANLINESS The house is maintained clean throughout the year. Cleaning and picking up after one is expected. If you are interested in the room, please tell us something about yourself. Ultimately, that information or lack of it will be used in determining who we rent the room to. Getting a room nowadays is like applying for a job or can be as difficult as getting an apartment in NYC. So providing the needed information and having the proper presentation is key. This is a very private home, it is quiet, peaceful. We work and expect to be able to rest and study in our own home and sleep early in the evening to get up early in the morning. We are looking for someone who is stable, someone that works and is career minded. People who study, go to the gym and involved in similar activities have worked well in renting the room. I have experience renting rooms before in different houses and with roommates. When there is order in a house and guidelines, things run well and there is harmony. This is one reason people have rented long term. If they can rest, sleep with comfort, use the utilities they have access to, security and privacy, what more can they ask for? If you are interested in the room, please tell us something about yourself. Ultimately, that information or lack of it will be used in determining who we rent the room to.
