I need someone who is willing to begin paying rent on June 7 (prorated, as mentioned above). Features: - Stainless appliances, Hardwood floors throughout kitchen and living room - View of Courtyard with Koi pond, lounge area and grill - Washer and dryer in unit - Ground floor unit, quiet neighbors & low foot traffic (I swear I have the floor to myself sometimes) - No smoking or pets in the building, so smells and noise is nonexistent (a plus for some) - Very close proximity to parking garage (apartment door is 50 ft from parking garage via hallway) - Rent = $1,095 + Utilities Due to the lease terms, you must submit an application with the Oberlin Court office which entails a background check and proof of income. There is also a $50 Application Fee (I will refund this to you in cash if approved!) and you will be added to the lease through November 7. June's rent will be prorated since you will start on the 7th.
