nice double wide w/detached garage, pergola for outdoor entertaining, lots of renovations single hung windows, new single roof, new flooring, outside porch covered 28'x 8' with 12'x12' deck off it. outside been completely redone 1/2" plywood all way around then tyvexed, and new vinyl all the way round, home is more like a real house then double wide I am the only owner been here since 2001 great quiet neighbors keep to themselves.
