The townhome is designed for a maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding this limit will incur a fee of $100 for each extra guest. Check-in time is at 3PM, and check-out time is at 10AM. Parking is available, but notify in advance if you require arrangements. Use only the designated parking space and follow any specified parking instructions.
