The apartment has only had one tenant. The kitchen features pendant lighting, stainless-steel appliances with a gas range and a huge granite kitchen Island with granite countertops and a USB charging station. The apartment has hardwood-style flooring. Our unit has the largest sized balcony available in the complex. Both bedrooms have spacious walk in closets, while both bathrooms have double vanity sinks. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower while the second bathroom has a huge soaking tub with subway tile surrounds.
There is a Vine Wi-Fi smart thermostat and a full Size Washer/Dryer. The apartment has quick access to I25 as well as being walking distance to the Dry Creek light rail station. The complex is two minutes away from the Hilton Inverness golf course,
and Homewood Suites in case friends or family come to visit. The Park Meadows mall is less than 5 minutes away via car.
No animals or smokers have ever lived in this unit and while we have never had pets they are allowed with a pet deposit and monthly fee (this will have to be worked out with the apartment manager as we do not have that worked into our current lease agreement which you will be taking over). There are private garages available on top of the parking spots within the community (cars must be registered to park in the open spots from 7pm - 8a.m.).
Normally rent, without garages included, can be upwards of $2600 (We will include our 2 Private Garages in your rent for the 5 or 6 months you will take over our lease) Normally connected garages are $175 a month while disconnected are $125. We have one of each). There is a resort-style pool, fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment. There is 24-hr Controlled Access, and the building
has an elevator.
There is a "Ruff House" Pet Spa located in one of the buildings that you will have access to so long as you have paid the pet fees. There are free bicycle rentals at the rental office.
Within the recreation area there is a billiards table. The mailroom has Parcel Pending lockers with text notifications.
There are two electric car charging stations.
There are additional storage units available.
water is included in the rent. You will need to turn on Xcel and cable/internet as it's not included. As mentioned 2700 will include the 2 private garage spots that we currently have If you do not require them (we highly recommend you keep them as parking here is hard to find after 4pm) we can adjust the rent if you don't require the garages. As mentioned we do not have pets and so they are not worked into our current lease. If you have pets that you will need to bring, your rent cost will increase as will your deposit amount as we will have to change our lease with management. There is no smoking in these buildings, if caught smoking your lease will be terminated, and your deposit will be lost.
