Smart thermostats, door locks, outlets with USB. Our properties are not cluttered with a bunch of used old non essential items, just not our style. Most interior and exterior lighting is motion and many safety lights with dusk to dawn lighting fixtures. You will not be disappointed booking this property, we made it fun! Each casita has an assigned washer/dryer in the basement laundry room. You do not share it with others or pay for it! All casitas come with an optional safe for your valuables if you chose to use it. disclaimer - This is the main floor of the home, there are roughly 4 steps into the property. There is a basement Casita so at times you may have a neighbor, but like you we screen well and will address any concerns/problems immediately. Minimum 3 month rental.
