The living room is furnished with couches and a TV. Bedrooms are not furnished. High-speed internet, gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, and pest control are all included in the rent. Rent is $650/month. The tenants are all students and prefer to live with other students. OC and remote learning students are welcome as well. No pets, smoking, or loud musical instruments are allowed. We are pet lovers, but due to allergies, we cannot allow pets in a shared space. The first availability will be in June 2022.
