-Applicants must have a minimum monthly gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent amount.
-All applicants must have a valid social security number.
-A credit and background check will be performed.
-Employers will be contacted to verify employment & income.
-Self-employed persons must provide verifiable tax returns to document income.
-The decision to accept an application will require a combination of positive employment, housing references, an acceptable tenant qualifier score on the credit report & verifiable current monthly income.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
-NO incidence of property abuse or creating any disturbances.
-NO breach of any previous rental contract.
-NO evictions.
-NO balance due to previous residential accounts or landlords.
-NO felony convictions for manufacture or distribution of an illegal controlled substance or for child abuse, child molestation or child neglect.
