Being just an hour from the cities makes it super easy to pop in and out, or maximize those precious summer weekends - no getting caught in traffic for 4 hours! If you love to socialize there's plenty of opportunity for that as well, with a great community built in. Minimal HOA cost takes care of all the community resources, water, garbage, septic etc. which is split up between summer and fall.
