Preferably for a minimum of 3 month continuous stay but flexible. Lease Term & Flexibility Initial Fixed Term: The lease runs for three months, from September 1, 2025, to December 1, 2025. Month-to-Month Option: After the initial term, the lease can seamlessly transition to a month-to-month agreement with the owner's permission, offering flexibility for extended stays. Notice to Vacate: Residents must provide 30 days' written notice to vacate at the end of the fixed term. For month-to-month extensions, 60 days' written notice is required. Financials at a Glance Monthly Rent: $3,200 due on the 1st of each month. Security Deposit: A refundable $3,200 security deposit is required. Late Fees: A $25 initial late fee and $25 per day for rent received after 5 PM on the 3rd of the month. Returned Check Fee: A charge of up to $35 for insufficient funds.
