I am renting out the lower level of my townhome. It has one bedroom, one bath, and a mini kitchen with cupboards, sink, refrigerator, and stove. It also has a gas fireplace in the living room. Rent includes association fees, water, sewer, garbage, utilities, high speed internet access, and Direct TV. I would prefer a female renter as I occupy the upstairs level and have my 3 children a couple days a week.The flooring is all new and the paint has been recently redone. I am also willing to share my washer and dryer which is located in the same room as the mini kitchen.
