There is a washer and dryer located on the back of the apartment that is shared with the apartment on your floor. This apartment has lovely historic details and is in the heart of Trinity Park, making it a convenient walk to both Duke's East Campus and downtown Durham. Tenants are responsible for the utilities. We also require you to have renter's insurance. Parking and trash are both included in monthly rent! We are very pet friendly! There is a $150 initial pet fee (per pet), and a $10/month increase on your rent price (per pet), with a two pet maximum.
