Great house with surprising extra wooded land in back! There's so much to like here, with the large kitchen and separate dining room, covered screen porch in back, fenced back yard, large living room with gas fireplace never used. DOUBLE garage! Carpet has been cleaned, but some stains left, so new carpet (where can you find any around here?) might be preferred to this cleaned, yet stained carpet. Level-ish back yard FENCED but property goes beyond the back fence.
