I have done extensive remodeling on this home so it is much nicer than before but it's still an older home without some of the amenities of new homes. It has newer paint, AC, back yard, fully wired for internet/TV, hardwood and concrete floors, and near the Cat Tran. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom in the front of the home. There is also a large room with a small bathroom in the back of the home. This large room is attached to the home but is separate from the front. It would be suitable as a master bedroom or mother-in-law quarters or a man cave. (Because it is separate, it is not suitable as a master bedroom for a family with small children.) Might consider one cat or maybe one small dog. There is a small electric substation in back of the home behind a tall red brick wall. There are steps into the home and inside the home. It's okay to drive by the home and look in the windows between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please park on the street and do not disturb my tenants in the duplex next door. Renter responsible for water, gas and electric. Absolutely no smoking in the unit.
