The private balcony is quiet and gets sun throughout the day...in the summer evenings its great spot to grill on the Webber Gas Grill and enjoy the views. There is a built in desk if you need to do any office work on your vacation as well as super strong WiFi Both bathrooms are located upstairs with ample storage throughout the unit. There is (1) assigned parking spaces for this unit upon request. This Aspen townhouse sleeps up to eight people but please NOTE: QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10P-7A AND WE DO NOT ALLOW GROUP GATHERINGS OR PARTIES.
