We are a family run business. There is never a fee to apply! We collect money only when you sign a rental contract! The address of the apartment I am offering is: 1025 Cousins St., Unit D, Eureka, CA 95501 The rent is $1100 a month. Security deposit is $1600. Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling and Yard Service are all paid by me. That's roughly $200 per month that you don't have to pay. There is a One Car Garage included which measures 13' by 19' with an extra 8' X 10' storage unit. This is probably another $150 per month in value. The apartment is located on the third story and has amazing views of the bay. The bedrooms are large with large closets and extra storage.
