Our townhome is conveniently located next to Coastal Carolina University. The beach is also about 15 minutes away. Tanger Outlets is only a 7 minute drive. You will have your own private back porch for relaxation and the entire home that sleeps 6 adults comfortably. This is a fully furnished home. You can cook in or dine out. Restaurants are 5 min away. There is a minimum stay of 30 days. If you need a fully furnished home, this is your home away from home! There is a minimum 30 day rental. All utilities are included except for internet. There is a small storage room in the back porch but not climate controlled. There is no smoking allowed in the house. There will be a penalty of $1500 if the house is smoked in or smells smoked in. You can smoke outside in the back porch. There are no pets allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the unit. There will be a cleaning fee if the unit is not returned the same as found. This will be removed from the security deposit. Fee ranges from $100 and up depending on the state of the unit when returned. Tenant may not paint or change the unit in any way.
