Our house is a great place to raise kids or retire. Very energy efficient and in a great neighborhood. House price is below appraised value because we need to sell to move closer to our parents who are up in age and having health issues. All laminate flooring has just been replaced and fence around back yard is also new. Screened in porch on rear of the house has just been rescreened and also painted. Shingles were replaced in October of 2017. We are very motivated to sell.
