Your next rent payment would be the full rent due on the 1st of the next month. We offer six-month or twelve-month leases. We also offer early lease termination for a fee of two months of rent to cover turnover. We will provide a payment processing service that allows for using a credit card to pay rent if you so chose for a small service fee. Or you can pay rent via check or transfer for no fee. You would be required to put the utilities in your name, but you would receive a credit for the lawn irrigation in the summer months. We would handle lawn care; we have a service that comes once a week. However, you would be responsible for clearing the driveway and sidewalk of snow. We also require tenants to have a rental insurance policy. Regarding pets, we do not typically allow pets but exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis and there would be a one-time pet-fee per pet but no pet-rent.
