Shared spaces are a full kitchen (as needed on main floor), laundry room (basement), front entryway, and stairway. All rooms have neutral-colored carpet and newer paint. Bedroom has large closet with storage shelves. Living room includes a wood-burning fireplace. One parking space in the parking lot and utilities included in rent. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and bus lines, near Drake and Lemay. Will allow one small dog (20 lbs or less). No cats allowed. No smoking or vaping, please. I have been remodeling the main floor and will be moving back into the house the first week of November. Month-to-month lease, no smoking or vaping in house, one person only. Responsible for keeping up personal spaces, shared cleaning of shared spaces.
