Two-bedroom garden level condo with a lot of charm doesn't feel garden level with its generous ceilings, good light, laminate wood floors throughout, and sweet little west-facing patio that opens to courtyard. The courtyard itself joins open space with lawn, volley ball court, and dog park. Large living room and huge master bedroom. Several closets and numerous kitchen cabinets. Cozy tie-in kitchen and dining with tile floor. Long-term departing tenant says condo is quiet. Washer/dryer and appliances. Outdoor off-street parking. Oversized water heater promises lots of hot water in recently updated bath. Fireplace, which you would provide upkeep for with regular use. Within half mile of bus line, several parks, and grocery/restaurant/shopping (Sprouts, Scotch Pines shopping area). It's hard to be a socialist and a landlord but I'll be responsive to requests for maintenance. I'll try to be reasonable and fair in an unfair system. Not aware of condo atmosphere, but queer-friendly, anti-racist owner. No smoking in unit 11- or 12-month lease (11 preferred) with option for renewal Personal or guest pets must be leashed in courtyard area
