Oversized water heater promises lots of hot water in recently updated bath. Fireplace, which you would provide upkeep for with regular use. Within half mile of bus line, several parks, and grocery/restaurant/shopping (Sprouts, Scotch Pines shopping area). It's hard to be a socialist and a landlord but I'll be responsive to requests for maintenance. I'll try to be reasonable and fair in an unfair system. Not aware of condo atmosphere, but queer-friendly, anti-racist owner.
